That&rsquo;s when a propane heater sparked a <a href="http://www.stltoday.com/news/local/metro/article_e203a1e8-1e76-11e0-a178-00127992bc8b.html">fire that torched three tents</a>. Even more attention followed after one resident fatally stabbed another in May, and the city made the decision to <a href="http://www.stltoday.com/news/local/metro/article_70162206-0d3d-5f28-9ea9-a4ea0bfa8556.html">clear the location</a>.
