It provided no timeframe.</p><p>No Kmart stores will be closed in Missouri. The <a href="http://www.ilga.gov/legislation/billstatus.asp?DocNum=0400&amp;GAID=11&amp;GA=97&amp;DocTypeID=SB&amp;LegID=55194&amp;SessionID=84">individual tax relief</a> passed 48-4.
