St. Louis, MO – The St. Louis circuit attorney has charged a fourth man in connection with the June 1st robbery of a popular downtown restaurant that left two people dead.

Thirty-five-year-old Stephen Hornbuckle worked at Maggie O'Briens for 10 years. Police investigators determined that Hornbuckle provided the two robbers with information about the location of the restaurant's cash drawers, the amount of cash typically on hand, the location of exits, and a good time to carry out the robbery.

Hornbuckle has been charged with two counts of second-degree murder for the deaths of Michael Dolan, a 32-year-old Maggie O'Brien's bartender, and 30-year-old Derrick Bell, who was shot and killed by another accomplice. He is also charged with four counts of armed criminal action, a count of attempted robbery, and a count of robbery.

Hornbuckle and the two others are being held on $1 million cash bond. Police do not expect to make any other arrests in the case.
