St. Louis, Mo. – A man accused of killing his wife, St. Louis radio personality Nan Wyatt, wants a judge to order his case decided by jurors who are not St. Louis Countians.

Tom Erbland Junior today filed for a venue change during a St. Louis County Circuit Court hearing. A decision on from what county jurors will be selected is expected in the next 30 to 60 days.

Erbland argues that extensive media coverage of the Feburary slaying will make it impossible to pick an unbiased St. Louis
County jury.

Erbland is charged with first-degree murder in death of KMOX's Wyatt at their suburban St. Louis home.

Erbland is jailed without bond.
