Fenton, Mo. – A pastor in Fenton, and the church where he works, are part of two similar lawsuits that allege malpractice and sex abuse.
The son and daughter-in-law of the Reverend James Manning are suing him, saying he forced a 19-year sexual relationship on the woman who would become his son's wife beginning when she was 12.
Manning denies the allegations.
