ST. LOUIS –
The St. Louis County Department of Health has recorded the first human case of West Nile virus of 2010.
The 51-year-old north county man has since recovered from the illness.
West Nile first showed up in Missouri in 2002. Since then, about 450 have contracted the illness and 24 have died.
