There are many reasons it's growing more difficult to feed the hungry: the economy is bad, unemployment is up and so is need. But one fundamental reason is increased efficiency in the food industry. Food banks rely heavily on such donations. As the industry eliminates mistakes, donations have dropped significantly. From member station KWMU in St. Louis, Hillary Wicai reports.
