St. Louis – Buses and the Metrolink will be free to ride tomorrow night and on New Year's Day.
The Bi-State Development Agency will offer the free service as paid for by St. Louis City, County, and St. Clair County in Illinois.
There will also be free shuttles to First Night, the alcohol-free festival in the Grand Center area downtown, from 5:00 pm tomorrow until after midnight.
