St. Louis – Developer Paul McKee owns more than 900 properties on St. Louis' north side including one dilapidated mansion.

The Clemens House was built around 1860 by James Clemens Jr., a relative of Mark Twain.

Now the home on Cass Avenue is in the middle of McKee's massive north side redevelopment proposal.

McKee says has plans for the home. But as KWMU's Maria Altman reports, some wonder why he hasn't taken better care of it since purchasing it in 2005.
