Milwauke – Presidential hopeful Dick Gephardt says he hopes the capture of Iraqi leader Saddam Hussein means the end of violence in Iraq.

But Gephardt also says President Bush needs the help of other countries to end the war on terror. The candidate says the president is isolating the United States.

Gephardt made his comments Monday while visiting Milwaukee.

But Wisconsin Congressman Paul Ryan pointed out that the United States is working with a coalition of 60 other countries. Ryan is co-chairman of Bush's Wisconsin re-election team.

Ryan calls the coalition on the war on terror "very impressive."
