Chicago – By all accounts, the state of Illinois' money situation is a mess.
Bills keep backing up, and the problem is getting worse because revenues keep falling short. It's the issue that affects all others in the race for Illinois governor.
But as Sam Hudzik reports, the election itself may be the biggest obstacle to solving the problem.
