St. Louis, Mo. –

Since he first gained national attention in 1965 with his blistering expose of U.S. automobile safety standards, Ralph Nader has been one of the nation's most outspoken crusaders of citizen-led reform.

Nader will be in St. Louis on Sunday to speak about the various causes he's pursued as a lawyer and consumer advocate.

KWMU's Kevin Lavery spoke with Nader about medical malpractice lawsuits, an issue that's been hotly debated in Missouri.
