What’s for brunch? Sauce Magazine’s Managing Editors Catherine Klene and Heather Hughes as well as Art Director Meera Nagarajan joined St. Louis on the Air contributor Steve Potter to discuss the best spots to eat the most relaxing meal of the week.
It’s the cover story of the most recent issue of Sauce Magazine. The magazine actually published this list three years ago with 11 top brunch destinations. This time, the list has more than doubled.
“St. Louis has really embraced this brunch culture,” Klene said.
Typically spanning from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., brunch combines breakfast, lunch and luxurious languor.
“It is nice to have someone else cook breakfast, lunch or brunch for you,” Nagarajan said. “It is a nice way to be lazy. Because you only have it once or twice a week, it makes the meal a bit more special.”
