St. Louis, MO – There's another lawsuit in Missouri aimed at forcing the state to stop some budget cuts. A St. Louis couple is part of a suit to get the state to restore their Medicaid coverage of prescription eyeglasses.
The suit challenges last year's cuts meant to help balance the state budget. It's similar to a case in August in which a judge told the state it had to restore dental coverage to Missouri's Medicaid-eligible adults.
