Live Special Event: St. Louis Mayoral Primary Forum

Updated 12:45 p.m. following forum - more to come.

Today, "St. Louis on the Air" hosted its St. Louis Mayoral Primary Forum.

(For a full report of the event, see our Chris McDaniel's story here)

As the city of St. Louis is overwhelmingly Democratic, the winner of the primary on March 5 is considered the presumptive favorite to win the April 2 general election. So, today's conversation with incumbent Mayor Francis Slay, Aldermanic President Lewis Reed and former St. Louis Alderman Jimmie Matthews was an important opportunity for voters to hear from the candidates.
