Jefferson City, MO. – Missouri continues to be a hot-bed for meth labs.
The Highway Patrol says law officers discovered nearly 1,500 meth labs through the first half of this year.
That's slightly behind last year's figure. But the patrol says the state still could meet or exceed last year's total of about 2,900 meth lab seizures.
Missouri has led the nation in meth lab seizures each year since 2001.
