Missouri Wants Schools Prepared for Potential Attacks

St. Louis, MO – The state of Missouri is advising schools and businesses today to prepare more carefully for biological and chemical attacks.

The Department of Health and Senior Services says that as they practice emergency drills for tornadoes and fires, schools and businesses in the state should include terrorism in their plans.

Walker says schools and businesses should develop evacuation plans, review how to shut down heating and cooling systems and learn about agencies to contact in case of an attack.
