Mo. part of nationwide chocolate recall

(via Flickr/Aaron Escobar)

If your purchased candy at TJ Maxx, Marshall's or HomeGoods stores recently, and you're allergic to peanuts, listen up - some of that candy may have been recalled.

Nassau Candy Distributors is recalling their Nancy Adams Classic Mini S'mores because the candy may contain peanuts that are not listed as an ingredient. The product was sold nationwide at the three stories above - here's the complete description:

  • NANCY ADAMS Classic MNI S'MORES
  • Net Wt. 5.5 oz (155g)
  • Red and silver box with a manufacturing code of either I1119 or I1120 under the following UPC: 6 18645 21923 9

Nassau Candy launched the voluntary recall after an investigation revealed that some bags of peanut clusters may have accidentally been packed into boxes of the s'mores. Customers who are not allergic to peanuts do not have a health issue with the s'mores.
