St. Louis, MO – St. Charles-based Novus International has acquired two companies, one based in Spain, and one in Mexico.
Managers of the animal feed company say these acquisitions will allow Novus to expand its product offerings in Europe, Latin America, and worldwide.
The acquired companies produce feed additives for poultry, livestock, and fish.
These are the latest in a series of acquisitions by Novus. The company acquired the Animal Nutrition Division of Albion Laboratories in December of last year.
