Reward Boosted for Info in Christian Ferguson Case

By T. Weber, KWMU

St. Louis, Mo. – There's now a larger reward for anyone who can provide information that gets Christian Ferguson home safely. Volunteers have raised the amount to $6,100.

Christian's father says someone stole his SUV with the boy inside just after he had stepped outside of the car. That was more than a month ago.

Search Director Don Wilson says leads and clues from the public are drying up.

"The person who took that vehicle has to have some knowledge or whereabouts of Christian if Christian was in the back seat of that vehicle. And if someone witnessed that or even knew the person who got in that vehicle, it would lead us somewhere," Wilson said.

Christian is black, nine-years-old, and has severe handicaps that require daily medication.

Anyone with information can call 314-444-0001.
