St. Louis, MO –

Cardinal-designate Justin Rigali is no longer a St. Louisan. The 68-year old moved to Philadelphia Monday; Tuesday he will be installed as the leader of that city's 1.5 million Catholics.

Rigali's time in St. Louis was marked with highs and lows, ranging from a visit by Pope John Paul II, to the priest sex abuse scandal that made him a target for critics.

As KWMU's Tom Weber reports, Rigali's legacy in St. Louis holds different interpretations, all of which are making their way to Philadelphia.
