St. Louis, MO – The number of people infected with salmonella at Children's Hospital now stands at 59; almost 200 other cases are still pending.
The hospital closed its cafeteria on Friday after learning of the bacteria illness. Officials have not yet determined where the outbreak started.
The hospital has taken samples from about 300 people who complained of symptoms like abdominal cramps, fever and diarrhea.
