St. Louis, MO – The search for a 9-year old disabled boy Thursday included neighbors, volunteers, and even other families with missing children.
Christian Ferguson hasn't been seen since Wednesday, when the car he was in was stolen. The boy has severe physical and mental handicaps; his mother says he could die if he doesn't get his medicine.
The child's father, Dawan Ferguson, told St. Louis police his vehicle was stolen with his son inside while the dad was using a pay phone. The vehicle was recovered in the St. Louis suburb of Ferguson Wednesday, but the boy is still missing.
Christian reportedly was wearing only a diaper and a red-and-blue blanket. He is a black child with closely-cropped hair, about four feet tall, and weighs 75 pounds.
