SNAP Director Named to People Magazine's Top 25

He says being listed by the magazine confirms the Catholic Church is starting to face the problem of sexual abuse by clergy. Clohessy likened the ongoing saga to an infection in the body of the Catholic church, with lay people bringing the problem to light. Clohessy says Catholic lay people must continue to promote the cause and provide support for abuse victims.
