The magazine featured Rook in its December issue for Cook’s Books, where each month a local chef recommends his or her favorite cookbooks. They also featured his cookbook in this month’s online column, By the Book. Each month, a member of the editorial staff cooks a recipe from a cookbook and writes a blog entry about the experience.
