Soundbites With Sauce Magazine: A Year In Review

Sauce Magazine readers are accustomed to the annual readers’ choice edition which comes out in July.

At the end of 2012, St. Louis Public Radio has partnered with the publication in our monthly Soundbites segment to talk about some of the best dishes, trends, and things to look forward to in the coming year.

Host Steve Potter talked with restaurant critic Michael Renner and managing editor Stacy Schultz.  Among other things they addressed the growth in the popularity of Brussels sprouts and kale, the food truck movement, and the value of staying anonymous when reviewing restaurants.
