'St. Louis on the Air' is making some changes in 2016 — and we'd like your input

Jan 8, 2016

The team behind St. Louis on the Air has a New Year’s resolution and we would like you to be a part of it. As we begin 2016, St. Louis on the Air and Cityscape are combining to bring you arts and cultural coverage throughout the week, Monday-Friday. We want you to be a part of this change as we reimagine what the program can be in St. Louis—and beyond.

Starting January 11, St. Louis on the Air and Cityscape will be combined into one program, St. Louis on the Air.  The show will air Monday through Friday from 12-1 p.m. St. Louis on the Air will continue to be hosted by Don Marsh, while former Cityscape host, Steve Potter, will serve as contributor to the show by providing arts stories and interviews throughout the week.

In its new form, St. Louis on the Air will be carefully crafted to better introduce St. Louisans to one another—the issues, the arts, the change-makers, the undiscovered gems that make our city what it is. This change came after months of consideration to ensure we are doing the best to serve the St. Louis community.

Your comments and questions are part of what make the show great. We want to continue and enhance that culture of conversation going forward. We want to hear from you about how St. Louis on the Air can better serve your life. Tell us what we might do differently or what you would like to hear at talk@stlpublicradio.org.

We’re very much looking forward to a 2016 with you at the forefront of our minds.
