St. Louis, MO – Registered nurse Joe Sanders says making the profession more attractive and offering better benefits would attract younger workers and help retain senior nurses. The National Labor Relations Board is expected to decide this month whether the union would include just those who work at St. Louis Children's Hospital or if it should include nurses at satellite offices. Once that decision is made, the nurses will vote on whether they want to join the United American Nurses.
