One of Congress's reactions to help prevent a repeat of the 2000 election problems in Florida was to send money to states.
Missouri is in the process of applying for as much as 76 million dollars but the funds will not fix every problem. And local election officials are left wondering just who's going to pick up the remaining costs. KWMU's Tom Weber prepared this report
