Two face charges in Maggie O'Brien's robbery

Jacson Baker is one of two suspects charged in the murder of bartender Michael Dolan.

St. Louis, MO – Two Metro East men face a variety of felony charges for last week's attempted robbery of a downtown St. Louis nightspot that left a bartender and one suspect dead.

Devin Mosely, 26, and 30-year-old Jacson Baker were arrested in East St. Louis earlier this week; they are being held on $1 million bond.

Five people were in Maggie O'Brien's restaurant near Union Station when police say Mosely and a third suspect, Derrick Bell, came in and announced a hold-up.

Bartender Michael Dolan, 32, was shot and killed as he tried to head to the back of the restaurant. Authorities say Mosely then shot Bell, who later died at a hospital.

Police believe Jacson Baker served as the lookout, and drove the car that dropped Bell at the hospital.
