The Missouri Department of Transportation will close all eastbound lanes of Interstate 64 on the double deck structure tonight. Here are a few of the particulars from MoDOT to help you choose your path of travel tonight:
Ill. Gov. Pat Quinn and the state's top four lawmakers have reached a deal to keep seven state facilities open until June.
Quinn had targeted mental health centers and centers and developmentally disabled, as well as a prison in Lincoln, for closure, saying the legislature had failed to appropriate enough money to operate them for the entire year. The closures could have resulted in nearly 2,000 layoffs.
Motorists, if you're anywhere near the following areas in St. Louis this weekend, you may want to find an alternate way to your destination. All of the following information comes from the Missouri Department of Transportation:
After tomorrow morning, drivers who frequent the intersection of Ladue Rd. and Route 141 will have to find a new way to get to work.
The Missouri Department of Transportation confirmed on Wednesday that they will shut down Ladue Rd. just east of 141 (Woods Mill) after the morning rush. The closure will allow crews to connect Ladue to the new Route 141 interchange, which has been moved and raised out of a floodplain.
