Remember seeing this video? This was what happened to the C Concourse at Lambert-St. Louis International Airport almost a year ago.

The video shows what happened when a tornadoripped throughthe St. Louis area. The good news? The damaged C Concourse is about to reopen.
Lambert officials said Tuesday that the C Concourse will open on April 2, which is consistent with the timeline we first reported in Oct. 2011, and then again in January of this year.

The tornado on April 22, 2011, caused significant roof damage and blew out windows. Interior damage was also significant. No one was killed in the tornado that also damaged several hundred homes in north St. Louis County.

Since the tornado, airlines that normally operated out of C Concourse were moved to B and D concourses. American Airlines, Frontier Airlines and Cape Air will move operations back to C Concourse starting April 2.
