See Engagement Editor Kelsey Proud at the Peabody Awards
This month, St. Louis Public Radio’s Engagement Editor Kelsey Proud traveled to New York to accept a Peabody Award on behalf of the station. You can watch an interview from the Paley Center for Media by clicking here for more insights into the project and the award.
STLPR was named a recipient of the inaugural Peabody-Facebook Futures of Media Awards for the project “One Year in Ferguson.” The Peabody Awards, one of the most prestigious awards for excellence in communications, joined forces with Facebook to create this new award to recognize digital media producers who use digital spaces to tell innovative and creative stories.
The award is a new and separate award from the traditional Peabody Awards and is given to the top five stories in Digital Spaces.
