Green Door Art Gallery presents Picture. Book. featuring illustrations by internationally known illustrator and author, Mary Engelbreit. In 2022 without a deadline in sight, Mary
decided to do one illustration for every book, poem and story that was important to her while growing up. Her goal was to try and recreate for herself the warm, fuzzy feelings she had reading certain
stories as a child. It was a very personal project that will probably go on indefinitely for her. She hopes the results take you back to happy memories of your own childhood.
Picture. Book. Art Exhibit includes drawings from 24 of her favorites, plus the original illustrations from her newest book, The Littlest Night Before Christmas. The artwork will be on display and available for sale November 2 – December 31, 2022.

For the first time in 3 years, Mary Engelbreit will make a personal appearance at one of her exhibits! You will have a chance to meet her while you view the exhibit. Signed books will be available for sale also.

Green Door Art Gallery’s 36 resident artists will also be exhibiting and selling artwork including fused glass, mosaics, watercolor, oil and acrylic paintings, collage, mixed media, wood, pottery, textile art, jewelry and more.
