Join us for a spring walk through Bellefontaine Cemetery and Arboretum! In the months of March, April, and May, we offer a two-hour walking tour of the Cemetery and Arboretum. This two-hour walk will be led by one of our Master Guides who will convey highlights of the Cemetery grounds, horticulture, and a variety of intriguing figures who call Bellefontaine their last address. Particular attention will be paid to the horticulture side of the Cemetery while in different levels of bloom during these spring tours.
♦ A limited number of registrations for the tour are available so reservations are required.♦ Two-hour walking tours cover about 2 miles across moderate terrain.♦ Please wear appropriate walking attire.♦ We ask that everyone arrive between 15 to 20 minutes before tour time for a prompt departure.♦ Tours are free; however donations to the Friends of Bellefontaine Cemetery are gratefully accepted.

Registration is now open for the Cinco De Kilometer 5k Fun Walk to benefit improvements to Creve Coeur Lake Memorial Park. The walk, put on by the St. Louis County Parks Foundation, will take place at Creve Coeur Lake Memorial Park on Friday, May 3 at 6 p.m. The walk will start at the Tremayne shelter located at the Sailboat Cove, 13725 Marine Ave., Maryland Heights, MO 63043. The walk will follow the trail alongside of the lake. Participants are encouraged to register by April 25 to receive a discounted registration fee and a commemorative 5K t-shirt. All walkers will be provided with a bib number and free drink after the walk. Registration is available for $15 for those 12 and under, and $30 for those 13 and up. Landmarks Downtown St. Louis Walking Tours: History, Culture, Architecture and Exercise: What could be better on a Saturday morning?Explore the fascinating history, culture and architectural legacy of Downtown St. Louis from the City's founding through its current development. St. Louisans will celebrate the Eads Bridge at 150 years of use. Declared to be “Impractical and Impossible”, the Eads bridge still stands and is used daily. James Buchanan Eads, Chief Engineer, designed the bridge, but many others helped in its financing, opening, and maintenance. In this two-hour trolley tour, we will closely examine Eads, his bridge, other projects, and others who aided in making the vision real.
Our trolley tours are from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m.♦ Seating is limited and tickets are required.♦ We ask that everyone arrive between 9:30 am and 9:45 am for a prompt 10:00 am departure.♦ The Trolley is climate controlled but weather-appropriate clothing is suggested as opportunities to disembark from the vehicle are available.♦ Trolley tour tickets are $5 each.
Bellefontaine Cemetery has over 100 private family mausoleums, and this tour focuses on the history, iconography, and architecture of 10 of these grand structures. We invite you to explore these “forever homes” with our amazing Master Tour Guides.

Join us in Spring Church for an outdoor screening of "Amor, mujeres y flores," a 1989 documentary by Colombian filmmakers Marta Rodriguez and Jorge Silva. Described by Rodriguez as a “drama about pesticides and the aberrant working conditions of female labor,” this documentary exposes the exploitation of the primarily female workforce in Colombia’s flower cultivation industry. It highlights the relationship between the demand for Colombia’s carnations in the international market and labor and human rights violations in the industry.
This film is recommended for ages 13 and up. Registration is encouraged, but not required. Please contact programs@pulitzerarts.org if you require any accommodations to participate.

Bellefontaine Cemetery and Arboretum is home to art, artists, and art benefactors. We will explore a little of each on Prospect amongst Bellefontaine Cemetery’s many mausoleums.
Enjoy beer, wine, and light hors d’oeuvres as you walk through the beautiful grounds of Bellefontaine Cemetery and Arboretum.
Tickets are $15 per person. You can pay online now or at the event.
Enter through the main gates on West Florissant Ave. and follow the signs to the event. Check in at the registration table and then enjoy your evening! Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes. This is a rain-or-shine event.
