Former Priest Convicted of Exposing Himself to Boys

St. Louis, MO – A jury Thursday convicted a defrocked Catholic priest of exposing himself to three boys while working as a counselor at a St. Louis school.

James Beine, who is also known as Mar James, will be sentenced in August. He's already been sentenced to four years, nine months in prison for possessing child pornography.

The jury deliberated three hours before finding Beine guilty of all four felony counts of sexual misconduct involving a child. Jurors then recommended four years in prison on each count.
