St. Louis, MO – Today (Tuesday) is Creg Williams' first full day as St. Louis's new Superintendent.
The School Board approved his four-year, million dollar contract Monday night.
Williams will make a $250,000 a year in St. Louis, plus benefits.
He's leaving Philadelphia's school system, where he was Deputy Chief Academic Officer.
Williams will be eligible for as much as $30,000 a year more in bonus money. Other perks include 31 vacation and personal days, the use of a district car and $1,500 a month in expense money.
