St. Louis, MO – Missouri Governor Matt Blunt has ordered flags at all state buildings to fly at half-staff in Ralph Tatoian's memory.

Tatoian is the Missouri State Highway Patrolman who died Wednesday in a car crash. He was responding to a search for a robbery suspect when his patrol car slammed into the back of a big rig truck on I-44 near Pacific.

A fund has been set up at Bank of America to help the wife and children of a Missouri state trooper who died yesterday.

The suspect that was the subject of the search was later caught.

People can contribute to the "Ralph Tatoian Memorial Fund" at any Bank of America branch. The fun will benefit the late trooper's wife and children.

Donations also may be made to The Missouri Association of State Troopers Emergency Relief Society, which provides financial aid to survivors of troopers killed on duty.

Those donations may be sent to:

M.A.S.T.E.R.S
5287 Highway 67 North
Poplar Bluff, MO 63901
