St. Charles, MO – The daughter of a former Missouri lawmaker has been charged with murder at her family's O'Fallon home. Kacie Kissell also faces a number of drug charges.

Kissell is the daughter of former state Representative Don Kissell. He now lobbies for the Missouri Police Chiefs Association and the cities of St. Peters and St. Charles.
Kacie Kissell, 23, specifically faces a second-degree murder charge, along with six counts related to drug delivery and possession.
