Kansas City, MO – Leaders in Kansas City are expected to dangle another carrot in front of voters today (Wednesday).
The group Save Our Stadium told the Kansas City Star it expects to hold a news conference to announce the NC!A would bring the Final Four to the city, but only if voters approve to tax questions next Tuesday.
Those taxes would raise money to pay to renovate and update Arrowhead and Kauffmann stadiums, where the Chiefs and Royals play.
The NFL has already promised Kansas City a Super Bowl and baseball says there will be an All-Star game in the city, but only if the tax questions pass.
