An interview with former EPA Director Christine Todd Whitman

St. Louis, MO – Former New Jersey Governor Christine Todd Whitman will be in St. Louis Thursday evening for the St. Louis Speakers Series. (8:00 p.m. at Powell Hall)

Whitman served as the director of the Environmental Protection Agency from 2001 until her resignation in 2003. An outspoken moderate Republican, Whitman's book It's My Party, Too was released last year. She also has started a political action committee and website of the same name.

KWMU's Maria Hickey spoke with Governor Whitman about how the Republican Party has changed and her hopes for its future.
