St. Louis, MO – Metro says ridership continues to increase.
The public transit agency says 4.4 million people took buses or light rail during May, a 9% increase over May 2005.
Metro says construction and gas prices are likely reasons for more riders, adding that bus use has increased in each of the past 13 months.
