A second juvenile will stand trial as an adult for the November death of a Bosnian immigrant.

Circuit attorney Jennifer Joyce filed first-degree murder and armed criminal action charges against 16-year-old Juan Carlos Fabian-Lutz on Tuesday. He is one of four teenagers accused of beating 32-year-old Bosnian immigrant ZamirBegic  to death.

According to police, Begic was fatally beaten in the early morning hours of Nov. 30 after he got out of his car to confront a group of teenagers who had surrounded his car. Police said the crime was not racially motivated.

Two other teenagers are also facing murder and armed criminal action charges. Robert Miller was legally an adult at the time of the crime. DarrianJohner was certified as an adult in February.

The court has not yet decided whether to charge the fourth suspect, identified only as T-K, as an adult.
