FBI Gathers Info On Clemons

By AP/KWMU

Columbia, MO – Authorities in Columbia say more than 24 hours' worth of recorded phone calls by former Mizzou basketball player Ricky Clemons are now with the FBI.

The FBI isn't saying why it collected recordings and mail for Clemons, who is currently serving a 60-day jail sentence for false imprisonment of his former girlfriend, Jessica Bunge.

The NCAA is also investigating whether Clemons got money, clothes, and help with exams while playing for Missouri. He no longer is on the team.
