Erbland Pleads Guilty to Wyatt Murder

St. Louis – The husband of KMOX radio personality Nan Wyatt plead guilty today to her murder on February 18th last year.

Thomas Erbland plead guilty to one count of second-degree murder and one count of armed criminal action.

He received two life prison terms to be served consecutively.

By accepting the plea agreement, the 44-year-old admits he killed Wyatt at their Twin Oaks home in west St. Louis County following a discussion about divorce.

Erbland will have to serve at least 26 years of the sentence.
