By AP/KWMU

St. Louis, MO – No one was hurt, but 40 passengers had to evacuate a plane at Lambert Airport Monday while it was still on the runway.

Some people had smelled smoke in the cockpit, so the American Connection flight from Oklahoma City made a safe but emergency landing.

No one yet knows what caused the smoke odor.
