St. Louis, MO – The president of Maryville University says he'll retire at the end of this school year.
Keith Lovin took the top job on the campus in Creve Coeur 12 years ago.
A search firm will immediately start looking for Lovin's successor.
"We are about to embark upon new academic programs, new construction projects and new fundraising initiatives," Lovin said in a statement. "I cannot be here to see it all through, so it is time for a new president and new energy and new ideas and fresh commitment to ensure a successful journey to the next level of Maryville's maturation."
