East St. Louis, Ill. – Former Blues player Mike Danton will be sentenced today (Monday).
He pleaded guilty July 16th to charges relating to a plot to murder his agent, David Frost. His sentence will all but end his hockey career.
Danton face as many as 10 years but hopes to serve his time in a prison in his native Canada. Prosecutors and the FBI have said they won't oppose the move.
