Missouri execution case reopened

St. Louis – In 1995, the state of Missouri put Larry Griffin to death for the 1980 drive-by killing of 19-year-old Quinton Moss.

Death-penalty opponents say this is the first time a prosecutor has revisited a case after the defendant was put to death.
