Kansas City, MO – A judge in Kansas City Monday ordered an opponent of stem-cell research to shut down its Web site.
The ruling says the site for the Elliot Institute illegally copied a Web site that supports such research.
The Missouri Coalition for Lifesaving Cures is gathering signatures in support of a ballot question to ask Missourians to protect stem-cell research. The coalition accused the other group of copying its Web page to create confusion among voters about the purpose of the effort.
